About Me

Hi, I’m Amy. I am a board certified nutrition specialist and the owner of White Stone Wellness.

I graduated from the New York Chiropractic College with my Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition and am a member of the American College of Nutrition.

I also teach nutrition to undergraduate students at a local community college.

I do what I do because I am driven by the desire to reach more, teach more and help more.

I am inspired every day to educate individuals on how nutrition can affect them all the way down to their cells.  I get excited about helping people sort through the excessive amount of misinformation when it comes to health and nutrition, teach them and provide them with personalized, evidence-based advice.

Many patients who come to me feel they have exhausted all their resources, are sick of being sick and don’t know what else is left to do.

This is where I really go to work and impart hope by empowering them with knowledge and an understanding that there is so much more that can be done through nutrition and treating the whole person.

I love partnering with my patients to guide them toward their own personal goals, healing, vitality and joy.

I work with adults of all ages with gastrointestinal, hormonal, autoimmune and mental health concerns. My practice is located in Fayetteville, NY in the beautiful and historic White House office building.

Personally, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, paddleboarding, gardening, being outdoors, cooking and writing. My two dogs, rescue kitty and six chickens also keep me pretty busy!

I am also a freelance medical writer and am sometimes featured as a guest blogger for other integrative medical professionals.

When inspired, I also write about nutrition, wellness and my take on life in general, which I share on my blog, Facebook and Instagram.

I look forward to helping you.
